- All the dresses we made will be a little different from the original picture you see on the website, and the size will have between 1 to 3 cm of difference, bigger or smaller.
- For customers in the UK, Canada, Brazil, Belgium, Mexico, France, Netherlands, Russia, and Spain, please note that there may be custom charges.
- Once you have placed the order, our processing time is 15-25 days. There will be extra fees if you are in a rush, we hope you understand.
- If you need a custom-made size of 18W, 20W, 22W, 24W, or 26W, there will be an extra charge starting at 30 USD.
- Since our dresses are custom-made, we do not accept cancellation once the dress is ready to ship.
- We guarantee good quality on our finished products, that is why we did adopt a policy of no return because we do not stock dresses. Please make sure you order accordingly.Attention:
If you are from BRAZIL, please give us your CPF in the message box when paying, without it, we can not post the parcel.
